General Info:

• Only online registration is accepted.  
• Payments may be made securely online.  If you prefer to pay by check, please send us an email.
• Students or residents are invited to attend at a reduced rate. Join NCOP as a student/resident/fellow (FREE!) to have access to this registration rate.
• Registration will close 1 week prior to the meeting.  After that time, Saturday only late registration will be available.
  

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing/email. A $25 processing fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after July 25, 2025. All refunds will be processed after the course. 

Hotel Information: 

• The Umstead Spa and Hotel 
• • A limited number of rooms are available at the group rate of $399/night at The Umstead. 
  • Reservation link: included in meeting registration confirmation email
  • Reservations must be made by Thursday, July 3, 2025 to receive this rate. Reservations made after this date will be on a space available basis.
• Embassy Suites
• • There are also rooms at the Embassy Suites across the street at a rate of $179.
